2/ The instalments paid thereafter may not exceed the progress of the work.
The act protects the consumer in terms of transfer of ownership, setting the price, completion guarantee and acceptance of the building.
The Breyne Act protects the consumer for off-plan buildings or purchases of buildings under construction and is only applicable to residential properties located in Belgium.
